It’s almost here folks and all the guessing is just about done. Who is your team going to grab is truly anyone’s guess and I’m sure there will be a few trades that will change the order up considerably but right now here is my last guess at what might happen starting Thursday.

1. LA Rams: Jared Goff QB California….Perfect story of the Cal kid coming to LA and being a star. For what they gave up it better work out that way.

2. Philadelphia: Carson Wentz QB North Dakota State….Talented player but a head scratcher as I’m not sure why they signed Bradford and Daniel. Lot of money tied up in QB. Maybe they shock the world and draft Ezekiel Elliott as they were rumored to like him.

3. San Diego: Jalen Ramsey CB Florida State…..Arguably the most talented player in the draft and should excel for the Chargers early and often.

4. Dallas: Ezekiel Elliott RB Ohio State….Need a cornerstone player and the defensive ends are too risky to draft this high. Elliott can help Dallas control the clock which helps the defense too.

5. Jacksonville: Myles Jack OLB UCLA….some injury risk is a concern but Jags cleared and if healthy should make Jags defense (with Fowler from last year) significantly better.

6. Baltimore: Joey Bosa DE Ohio State….Time for the Ravens to retool the defense and get some playmakers. With the structure in place in Baltimore, Bosa should stay on right path and make immediate impact.

7. San Francisco: Vernon Hargreaves III Florida…No QB worth the pick so might as well get the best pure corner in the draft.

8. Cleveland: Laremy Tunsil OT Ole Miss….most ready tackle that can start day one and might allow them to move Joe Thomas for even more picks.

9. Tampa Bay: DeForest Buckner DE Oregon…..more talented then Armstead his teammate last year and brings a Too Tall Jones quality to the defensive line.

10. NY Giants: Ronnie Stanley OT Notre Dame…..Eli needs time and the offensive line needs help. Nothing like a talented offensive tackle from Notre Dame to help fix that.

11. Chicago: Sheldon Rankins DT Louisville….wrecking ball in the middle of the line for Vic Fangio’s defense.

12. New Orleans: A’Shawn Robinson DT Alabama….Saints defense needs to help offense out or every game they need to score 45 points. Robinson will help collapse the pocket and cause QBs to think twice.

13. Miami: Mackensie Alexander CB Clemson….not sure some of the negative scouting I read on him. His injury in the National Title game was the difference in the outcome. Alexander has makings of a special corner.

14. Oakland: Shaq Lawson DE Clemson…Some help for Mack on defense. Lawson is a high character guy that should start day one and help Del Rio build a defense similar to what he left in Denver.

15. Tennessee: Leonard Floyd OLB Georgia…the team will all the picks can add to the offensive line in other rounds and instead get a disruptive force that might have folks starting thinking the Freak is back.

16. Detroit: Robert Nkemdiche DT Ole Miss….Never recovered from the loss of Suh and if focused Robert has the skills to be special.

The other half of round one

17. Atlanta: Reggie Ragland ILB Alabama

18. Indianapolis: William Jackson III Houston

19. Buffalo: Jarran Reed DT Alabama

20. NY Jets: Paxton Lynch QB Memphis

21. Washington: Andrew Billings DT Baylor

22. Houston: Darron Lee OLB Ohio State

23. Minnesota: Laquon Treadwell WR Ole Miss

24. Cincinnati: Eli Apple CB Ohio State

25. Pittsburgh: Vernon Butler DT Louisiana Tech

26. Seattle: Taylor Decker OT Ohio State

27. Green Bay: Jack Conklin OT Michigan State

28. Kansas City: Cody Whitehair OG Kansas State

29. Arizona: Noah Spence DE Eastern Kentucky

30. Carolina: Josh Doctson WR TCU

31. Denver: Connor Cook QB Michigan State
